with features
to help the shop owner run his business. A restoration operation is unique from
other
types of automotive shops, it handles most if not all aspects of automotive repair.
AutoResto Pro will not only help you keep track of multiple projects, it will also handle
the business side. AutoResto Pro has all of the same features as the standard
version,
plus all the new features below.
Pro features:
Customers - Enter and maintain a customer
list and contact information.
Billing - Bill customers whenever you like:
Monthly, weekly, quarterly, etc.
Materials - Maintain an inventory of
materials, charge materials usage to projects. Be
notified when you are running low on stock
Employees - Enter and maintain an employee
list, each employee can have his own
charge rate and can be "assigned" to labor items in a project.
Labor
rates - Set up and maintain a list of
labor categories and associated rates.
System
setup - A new system setup screen
allows you to enter your business information
as well as a custom logo to appear on reports.
Reports - New reports for customers,
employees, materials, invoicing, delinquent invoices,
project listings, payments received, and suppliers.
Project
info - Additional information can
now be entered for a project. Enter when your shop
received the project, mark the status (Active, Closed, Planned), estimated cost, and
projected completion date.
Security - Restrict user access based on a
logon and assigned group.
Payroll
reporting - Create weekly payroll
reports from project labor.
In-house Restorations - Cars
purchased/restored and resold by your shop.
*Multi-user- Access shared data across a
LAN.

SOON! The next version of AutoResto
Pro is currently under development.
Version 2.0 will have enhancements to existing functions, plus
a true accounting package
complete with AR, AP, GL, Inventory, Timesheets, and
a Payroll system.
